The application uses the potentiality of the smartphones or tablet that we are used to hand everyday. The App shares with our staff what the camera of the phone is recording and enable the comunication using the audio, the chat, visual graphical effects and documents that the engineer can send live.

Mimimum requirements are:
- Android 7.0 or higher
- Apple iOS
iOS 11 or higher

Start the App

Start'TeamViewer Pilot App.
Grant to app the access to access the camera and the microphone.
Share with the service agent the ID via phone, e-mail or other platforms like WhatsApp or SMS.

Troubleshoot

You will be notified when receiving an incoming connection, confirm it and use the phone camere to show the issue, follow the instruction and get the issue solved performing the suggested actions.
